Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep your plan active.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Plans are billed monthly in CAD; yearly billing is also available after signup.
What happens if I go over my envelope limit?
We'll notify you as you approach your monthly envelope limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your limit immediately.
How does Rora Sign protect signed documents?
Every completed envelope is sealed into a tamper-evident PDF with a certificate of completion. Signers consent to use electronic records and signatures, and a full audit trail records who viewed the document, when they signed, and from which device.
Do signers need a Rora Sign account?
No. Signers can review and sign documents through a secure link in their email or a public signing link — no account or download required.
